Today I'm sharing one of my own pieces, because I just happened to finish it yesterday.
Also, if you would like to be featured here at B&A Friday, send me your photos at betweenblueandyellow@yahoo.com.
I'm not picky, any project that you have a before and after shot of will work just fine.
I nabbed this little buffet/ island a few weeks ago, I really wanted to go bold with it. With its dainty dimensions it could fit perfectly on a small wall in the dining room or the kitchen.
Or one might choose to use it smack dab in the middle of the kitchen as an island.
Here is the before
The back
The color is the perfect combination of orange and red.
Luckily I found this paint in the "oops" section at Lowes, and sadly it did not have a name on it.
I hope you all have a nice weekend,
I get to spend a little time with my very best girl friend in the whole world.

ReplyDeleteThat is the most awesomesauce tomato red I've seen. I love how the hardware pops and makes such a statement now - it was a little lost in the wood before. Wonderful job!

I'm an orange kind of girl and have a lot of terra cotta in my home. Love that you painted the back of the piece as well. Smart girl!
