We had a nice long rain storm last night that brought in a crisp new feeling to the air.
Along with this new cold front coming, I finally got the urge to paint the dresser that has been sitting on my porch since before I found out I was pregnant.
That was about 6 months ago.
The cabinet doors were in bad shape, and as adorable as they were, I decided to take them off.
In doing so I turned it into a linen chest. It would be perfect in a hallway, bathroom or guest room.
The color is Woodlawn Valley Haze by Valspar.
This piece is for sale, if you live in the Atlanta area please contact me at
As much as I loved the doors on this piece I really do love the look of the cabinet without them. It's a beautiful piece, you did a fabulous jpb on it!

ReplyDeleteThis turned out GORGEOUS! You are a genius for taking off those doors! I usually get so caught up in preserving original everything, that I forget to think outside the box like you did! This is awesome! I hope it sells fast!
