This morning as we were waking up and starting breakfast with our girls, I kept tripping over things. Specifically this garbage bag full of clothes going to Goodwill. I have moved it from the top of the stairs, to the front door, to the dining room and now, it has finally made it's way to the back door, where it ought to be.
My man saw me bump into this thing few times, and after I let out a sigh of frustration, he said what we both knew to be true. "There's stuff everywhere!" He was absolutely right. Where does all this
stuff come from? Why do we think we need all this?
I don't know if I can answer that question, but I do know it's time for a yard sale.
I think it has to do a lot with my re-decorating. It's becoming a problem. Right now I'm working on the "library". It's the room where we decided to put all the books and therefor should be named accordingly.
It's in a state of disarray, since I'm waiting to buy new chairs, and I finally finished painting it.
By the way and I have a little teaser for you.
This is more or less the color scheme I'm shooting for
Working the book shelves
On a another note, it was about 66 degrees during the night and we slept with the attic fan on and the windows open. Those of you who have one of these can share in my excitement. When the cooler weather starts to come, this is one of the main things I look forward to doing.
Although I know it's just a southern tease, I'm still grateful for the cold front that's sweeping through.
